* Provided the vision and leadership to revolutionize Nielsen’s Retail Measurement to store-level data in Canada. * Managed a team of 7 direct reports across five existing product lines while re-engineering the retail measurement information software resulting in unprecedented insights into distribution, local assortment and volume, Pre/Post event analysis, and TPR impact.* Led a cross-functional team (45 people) in a Blue Ocean Strategy to create an innovative process improvement resulting in a 12 times efficiency gain and incremental sales for retailer total-store data. * Worked with Canadian retailers and packaged goods manufacturer's in developing category management technology to facilitate collaboration between them and align both their objective sets.* Evangelized customer-centric software innovations both internally and externally.

Brought to market Nielsen’s web portal with the first-ever consistent brand messaging across all products. Collaborated with the disparate Brand owners to create a unified brand strategy across all products. This new branding was adopted globally and was a catalyst for the “One Voice” client service strategy.  Team of 3 direct reports established price, policy and brand standards for each brand team’s product extensions delivered through our brand “Nielsen Answers”.

* For Procter & Gamble: Built consumer profiling and specialized diet prescription kiosks for P&G’s re-launch of IAMS Pet Foods. This knowledge system allowed regular sales staff to provide immediate expert advice for specific consumer pet needs resulting in direct sales and brand awareness increase.* For Canadian Heart Research Centre: Architected a system for monitoring patient blood chemistry during clinical trials, created interactive CD ROMs games for Cardiologist education programs, and implemented a fax based automated patient data entry system driving both efficiency and usability.* For Crossmark: Built a comprehensive field marketing management system which optimized human resources potential across a complex retail service environment.* For Procter & Gamble: Created a retail partner segmentation model to identify best logistics opportunities for new product launches with an easily understood geo-mapping graphic interface.

Designed, built and managed systems for monitoring patient blood chemistry during clinical trials, implemented an automated patient data collection system, established a patient registry, built interactive educational CD ROMs and coordinated CME education programs.

Sold and configured multidimensional data products for a variety of clients including Adams, BMG, American Express, The Loyalty Group, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft.Procter & Gamble New Product Launch Targeting: Designed and built “Market Match” system for matching field marketing locations with target demographic profiles for new product launches thereby increasing brand awareness and ROI of each program.
