Originally IBM/Tata were supposed to implement the migration. However, upon my assessment the IBM/Tata were unable to complete the migrations within the time frame, so I established a small independent team.I successfully worked my team between the two providers. This intermediate team approach was new to Jaguar, so I carefully managed this approach to ensure a set of successful migrations for each of these SAP systems.I was the SAP Senior Project Manager at Jaguar LandRover, the migration of 30 SAP systems from India to UK, this required managing the server builds and migrations of their SAP systems.
