As a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, I have over 21 years of experience in law enforcement and security operations. My expertise range for nuclear, anti-terrorism, unit security, corrections, and counterintelligence. These skills help prepare me for numerous positions to include Flight Chief, Unit Security Manager, Plans and Programs Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge, Police Services, Battle Defense Operations Center Controller, Security Controller/Alarm Monitor, and Installation Security Section Superintendent. Some of the skills I have the make me success is I believe in team success. Though each of us has our own goals that we want to achieve, I believe in fostering a workplace that will allow both the individual and the team to meet their goals. These traits enabled me to be recognized for various awards to include Staff Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, Blacks In Government nominee for 7th Air Force, and Distinguished Graduate Award from the Gaylor Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.
