Over 20 years of experience managing IT across sectors including Telecoms, Finance and Insurance including, IBM, Telerate, Siemens, Energis, RBS and Tiscali. I have a Master’s in Engineering and coupled with my commercial awareness I have planned strategically, undertaken business analysis, designed, transitioned and delivered real business solutions for organisations ranging in size from start-ups to blue-chips with full accountability.My key strengths are in identifying new opportunities, leveraging existing and best practises while delivering major changes across an organisation to reduce costs and turning greater profits. Although I am able to operate at an executive level, I am fully prepared to roll my sleeves up and get involved at the grass roots ensuring that strategic business requirements are translated correctly to technical objectives and all risks are understood. My enthusiasm, energy and passion are some of my key attributes to achieving major change where culture may be a barrier.
