Who we are.AssureHire co-founders Troy Kruthoff and Rob Bagley are revolutionaries in the screening industry and in 1997 created the first online background screening system, before then it was ALL manual. Disappointed with lack of innovation and more screening companies offshoring their resources for a decade they launched AssureHire.
