I then allocated a desktop pc or laptop and set it up for it to be used ready for the new starters first day. If any issues with software or hardware arise then all members of staff report to their managers who would then have come to see myself. Depending on the urgency of the problem I would either schedule in a time to fix the issue or I would inform my marketing supervisor and stop what I was doing in order to get the user back up and running in the fastest possible time and at the least inconvenience. -
