Mark is an engineer with over 35 years experience in all facits of the construction industry. Mark has had appointments as an arbitrator, adjudicator and Supreme Court appointed referee. He is experienced in claim evaluation, dispute resolution and the preparation of supporting documentation for litigation, arbitration and adjudication in matters involving time, quantum, quality and occupational health and safety. Mark has had a substantial number of appointments providing expert evidence in relation to EOT claims, quantum merit, disruption, cost, defects and project management practice. He is also a founding member and former director and chair of the expert subcommittee of the Society of Construction Law, Australia.Mark has over 30 years experience in senior management and project management within the heavy engineering construction sector including building, rail, petrochemical, mining and materials handling, minerals processing, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
