• Responsible for the overall health and satisfaction of both my clients, and my employees. • Conduct road mapping sessions with clients, reviewing existing Workday environment, assessing current tenant health, and talking about what is anticipated moving forward. This means getting the current environment stable at first, and then prioritizing the additional items the client may want to implement. • Work with legal team on the creation of new contracts for customers. This might be a new Workday product that the customer has purchased, a new feature from a Workday update, or just an extension and renewal to the existing support contract. • Host weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings with clients to review current issues/tickets, as well as review any new larger projects that might be coming down the pipeline. • Onboarding and training for new hires. Ramping up new resources and getting quality work is the hardest part of Workday for both consulting firms and clients alike. • Take part in Workday related events such as User Groups, Altitude, or Rising. Have presented at all 3 of those venues at one time or another. • Support the internal Sales teams and/or Client Partners demo the system, and sit in on those sales calls to help answer technical Workday configuration questions ensuring the customer feels better about choosing workday as their software solution. • Created a security audit process that allows Workday customers to see their security much more clearly, and in a more user-friendly fashion than the Workday delivered reports.

• Responsible for the overall health and satisfaction of both my clients, and my employees. • Start working more closely with a company called Kainos on what is called the “SMART” testing tool, the only automated testing solution for the Workday platform. • Start interviewing and hiring the first new hires in to the PPS practice. • Work on and create a methodology around how to best handle Mergers & Acquisitions into Workday. This was done in collaboration with one large Workday customer who had nearly 5 large M&A’s that year. • Accountable for fielding questions regarding both security and compensation as an internal expert in both areas.

• Created what is now known as the Meteorix PPS (Post Production Services) department. • Implemented a new ticketing system to log and track cases for our first PPS clients.• Responsible for solving all functional tickets or issues logged to the helpdesk. If the issue was not something that I could configure or solve on my own, it was then my job to find a suitable resource to take care of the request. • Start developing and shaping the methodology, process, and documentation that is the framework of what Meteorix PPS is today.

Greater Boston Area

• Responsible for leading the configuration and design sessions for a number of different functional areas during initial Workday deployments (HCM, Compensation, and Payroll)• Developed internal documentation and templates around data conversion and data collection from clients. The very same templates are used to this day. • Led first Payroll deployment cradle to grave. Also lead HCM, compensation, and security on this project.• As the first wave of new associates is brought into the organization, helped lead the effort to get the new ABC’s up to speed on the data conversion process.

• Led Data conversion efforts for Workday deployments• Conduct initial workbook walk-through with new clients to get them started in the data collection process• Migrate both data, as well as configuration to new staging tenants as the testing processes take place, and eventually into the “gold” tenant, which is then turned into Production. • Work with all leads in the different functional areas to ensure all configuration is moved correctly, and is working as it was prior to the migration. • Build reports for data conversion validation, as well as for use post go live. • Help develop the original deployment methodology used by what would become a leading Workday deployment partner.

Boston, Ma

• Founded this startup organic clothing company while finishing last year of university. • Responsible for keeping track of all accounting and finances, as well as inventory management. (Used QuickBooks for accounting) • Spent a large majority of time working on Sales and Marketing, trying to expand the number of clothing stores carrying the product, and gaining brand recognition.• Managed a number of major fashion trade shows in multiple countries, including organizing sample garments, marketing/promotional materials, booth set up, and everything else that goes with a trade show as a startup company.
