I provide part-time CFO services to several Atlanta area contractors. I help them with all financial, accounting, human resource, risk management, collections, bonding, tax planning and administrative needs. I am available for assignments on short term projects or on an ongoing basis. My goal is to help business understand what their financial situation is and to help them plan for their future.

GT was a builder/developer of residential communities in South Metro Atlanta and Crestview, Florida. The company delivered around 400 to 500 homes a year at its zenith in 2005. Company topped out at around $70 million in sales and had over 20 entities. I left in July 2007 after helping to finanlize and close a contract to sell the majority of the companies residential lots and homes to a regional homebuilder.
