GT was a builder/developer of residential communities in South Metro Atlanta and Crestview, Florida. The company delivered around 400 to 500 homes a year at its zenith in 2005. Company topped out at around $70 million in sales and had over 20 entities. I left in July 2007 after helping to finanlize and close a contract to sell the majority of the companies residential lots and homes to a regional homebuilder.
