After a short journey in teaching I took a right turn and ended up working in the field of accounting and tax advisory services.After experiencing the challenges of owning and marketing a business with several partners there came an opportunity to demerge and begin a journey of building and growing an accounting business from a smaller base.My experiences with this gave me a unique and real insight in to the many day to day challenges of running a small business but also a keen appreciation of fostering the larger strategic issues that were regularly addressed as part of the larger organisational structure.Now with two directors (Dan Breheny and myself) running Tactica Partners since 2007 we are very focussed on fostering a team that engages proactively with clients on all levels of tax, super, bookkeeping and business acceleration services.
