CurrentTactica Partners is a boutique accounting business located in the Home Base Business Centre, Subiaco. We focus on proactively servicing the accounting needs of entrepreneurial owners of small to medium business and our single goal is to help client's build a better business sooner. We do this by helping client's to better understand their numbers and we can do this in a number of ways. The year end compliance pack provides an opportunity to explore annual results, compare to prior years and where possible to benchmark to other similar businesses. Our executive summary provides this key information and together with the corporate diagram and wealth statement we can help develop the clients knowledge of their business. The compliance pack is a good summary of history, however we encourage clients to use their in house data (Xero, MYOB etc) to create 12 mth forecasts enabling a more proactive forward thinking approach to their business. This reporting tool can then be used to lay the foundation for ongoing management meetings and further development of business acumen. In essence our mission is to improve the lives of business owners by helping them better understand their numbers.
