ACCOMPLISHMENTS: The major accomplishments included creating and standing up our global expatriate shared services and creating and implementing our own in-house salary planning system (prior to this functionality being readily available). Also completely redesigned all Field Incentive Plans for what was the Controls Group (resulted in improved revenues for JCI and income for EEs involved). Utilized PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, ADP, and Vendor software. -
