Throughout my 8 years of successful freelancing I worked on various temporay short placements within creative agencies and companies throughout London and the Home Counties please find below a short summary of a few of these.Managed an overall campaign on behalf of The Licensing Company, working alongside the Creative Director, produced visuals and designs based on sketches and brief provided and submitted print ready final artwork.Implemented point of sale and prepared artwork on behalf of the Dixons group covering The Link, Currys and PC World, produced templates for seasonal campaigns as well as window visualisations and further marketing material.Illustrated packaging design for Nestlé, on campaigns spanning their entire cereal range, produced line drawings and pioneered these through to full colour visuals on packaging, which were used for up to two years due to their success.

Set up basic templates for games packaging and produced manuals in a wide variety of language variations, stylising the overall artwork to match the corporate guidelines and manipulated images, producing print ready material on behalf of the Disney Interactive Europe. Produced creative low resolution photographic mock ups for Siemens with a view to fabricating posters used to promote in-store incentives that were later utilised in the final production as well as a multitude of alternative designs for a wide variety of companies. Delivered in every aspect of individual client portfolios, managing the entire process for the production of games and cereal packaging on behalf of Disney Interactive Europe and Cereal Partners UK/Worldwide as well as creating point of sale artwork, transcribed in more than 10 languages.

Originally set-up and managed the day to day running of a pre-press studio. Followed a set procedure to maintain the flow of work through the studio to prepare artwork for print, approved final design and ensured that the inhouse imagesetters created film then forwarded to suppliers for plate preparation. Mentored and coached the internal design team, offering day to day assistance as well as implementing a one to one development programme covering full training on software and systems management to junior designers. Analysed and controlled all stock held by the business and with meticulous attention to detail, scrutinised artwork and client submissions to ensure 100% accuracy resulting in significant cost savings. Implemented a new system to maximise the efficiency of the design studio, allocated job numbers and file profiles, created a customer database and an archiving system to produce instant access capabilities and improve customer service.
