I help people who have funds to invest in the stock market by constructing and managing a diversified portfolio via a bespoke strategy to reflect their investment objective and risk profile. I work for one of the largest UK discretionary investment firms where we have a dedicated team of research analysts with direct access to all of the major quoted companies and investment funds.I have worked in the private client wealth management sector for more than 25 years. Before joining Quilter Cheviot in 2010 I worked in similar roles at HSBC Global Asset Management, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (formerly Mercury Asset Management) and ANZ Grindlays (now part of Standard Chartered Bank).When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family (married with two teenaged children) and our holidays generally involve either skiing, tennis or city breaks. I enjoy reading about current affairs and politics which helps me to better understand prevailing trends in stock markets.
