Working at the forefront of competition law advice as Counsel in Mayer Brown’s GCR Elite rated Antitrust practice, I have experience advising clients in relation to both mergers & acquisitions, behavioural investigations and market investigations. I have a growing National Security & Investment Act and FDI practice. Highlights of my experience include: working on a complex Phase 2 investigations before the CMA and European Commission including a complex divestments processes; advising on a complex antitrust investigations in the pharmaceutical, financial services and retail sectors, advising a main party to the CC's market investigation into cement, aggregates and ready mixed concrete; advising on risk factors and relevant filings for a number of mergers; and providing merger arbitrage advice to hedge fund clients.
