Mark has practised commercial litigation and arbitration since 1993 and joined Bristows (www.bristows.com) as partner in October 2007. He has particular experience in cross border commercial litigation and international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional (e.g. ICC, LCIA, SCC and others) with multi-jurisdictional aspects in the financial services, information technology, telecommunications, mining and commodities, media, and other industry sectors.His cross border practice includes jurisdictional disputes, asset tracing actions, interim asset freezing order applications and other interim remedies in support of foreign proceedings, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards and coordinating related proceedings in England and overseas common law jurisdictions. The nature of Mark's disputes work includes contractual and negligence disputes, civil fraud, and shareholder and company disputes. He runs Bristows' Groupe Juridique Francophone, which provides a full range of legal services to French and Francophone companies with commercial interests and investments in the UK. He speaks fluent French and Italian.
