    As independent CRM consultant I helped companies with CRM strategy implementation from management and technical sides.Tasks: RFP preparation, CRM workshops for top management, change management during CRM system deployment, CRM requirements gathering, CRM architecture planning, audit of existing CRM solutions.Project samples:• Support of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for large software distributor. I personally took part in the project as external expert and was responsible for pilot project implementation and for architecture of the main project (roll-out to ~700 users in 5 countries). • Development of Microsoft Technology Center demo environment for operational and analytics CRM. Together with Microsoft Russia we’ve developed business intelligence CRM demo environment for Microsoft Technology Center. That demo environment was built to demonstrate different business scenarios of data analysis (segmentation, next logical buy, cross-sales probability, etc) and usage of data analysis results in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (marketing campaigns, selling through call center, different service level for segments, etc.)• Project crisis-management for large CRM implementation (Energy segment). There were both organizational and technical problems in the project. As the result the customer didn't pay. I was invited as external expert reporting directly to CEO of integrator. After 3 month I managed to resolve the crisis (reorganized the team, changed the way of requirements management, helped with performance issues, created trusted relationships with customer, re-scheduled the project plan). The customer finally closed current project stage and made the payment.
