Leading a team responsible for equipment lease and loan originations within the various business lines for both City National Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada. Projects generally range from $250k to $100MM+ and include a broad range of equipment including IT and software, medical, office furniture and office renovations, manufacturing/industrial equipment, personal or business aircraft, tractors and trailers. We work with both clients and prospects of the bank in all 50 states across a number of industries and business sizes from small business to middle market to Fortune 500 companies. We also partner with RBC's clients and prospects located in Canada, expanding into the US market and acquiring US-based assets. The various business lines include personal and business banking, commercial banking (middle-market), private banking, entertainment banking, capital markets (corporate and investment banking), and wealth management.

Responsible for managing existing lender partnerships for non-recourse discounting relationships, establishing, maintaining, and enhancing new lender relationships, marketing First American financing transactions to non-recourse buyers, and providing a resource for all capital market information to the First American sales, finance, and management teams. Also provide additional support to First American's internal underwriting team in recommending the appropriate means of funding transactions based on internal guidelines and general credit parameters. First American transaction sizes typically range from $250M-$5MM for middle market to investment grade credits primarily for IT, computer equipment, medical equipment, furniture, and manufacturing equipment.

Project Manager for First American Equipment Finance, a company that specializes in commercial lending (primarily IT equipment and furniture) to middle market to investment grade credits in the education, healthcare, not-for-profit, and for-profit sectors.
