The company started with 10 employees in a simple peer to peer network and has grown to over 100+ users based in multiple locations throughout the US and Europe. With Phoenix Technologies, I accepted the responsibility to manage the Client Services “Help Desk” for the continental United States. This included the support of 500 users and over 2000 PC’s from coast to coast. Duties were domain and email account administration, user PC support/repair, after hours support, server maintenance, vendor management, major office moves and company mergers. Personal responsibilities assigned were support of all executives. Worked directly with worldwide sites to set corporate standards relating to IT equipment.
