Subsequently renegotiated contract extension with BPO vendor generating additional $2.4M savings. Outsourced additional roles from high-cost jurisdictions to India, generating $0.5M of annual cost savings.Worked collaboratively with other functions including IT and HR to transition 100% of my organization to WFM (Work from Home) in response to COVID-19 pandemic with no noticeable impact on efficiency, results or timing of financial reporting and compliance.
