He arrived ay my National Pharmacy operation as a temp pharmacy technician. After only a week or two I knew I didn't want him to leave. I quickly hired him Full Time and he rapidly became the Lead Pharmacy Technician. Over time , as the business grew, Mark grew with it and became the Operations Supervisor. When it came time for me to leave the organization Mark was the logical choice to move into the Regional Operations Manager role and become the number one manager of the site. The best way to describe Mark is "all business". Whether it be an HR issue or seeing a process change through to completion, or just day to day operations, you need only to provide clear direction and strategy and Mark will get the job done quickly and correctly with minimal supervision. I strongly and without hesitation recommend Mark for any operational type of business function , pharmacy or otherwise.
