With more than 20 years’ experience, developing sales and marketing campaigns for leading Australian firms, I have the expertise and commercial acumen required to design and deploy custom campaigns and initiatives to closely align with company and brand expectations. Always channel agnostic, I move comfortably between management and the development of high-volume labour-intensive campaigns for businesses to become sophisticated digital based enterprises, incorporating best practice in all digital marketing suites. Campaigns under my leadership have been instrumental in transforming the market penetration of American Express credit cards in the SME sector and positioning Optus as a household name. I have also brought my understanding of sales marketing back into organisational strategy, advising on matters such as product design for mobile phone plans and franchising structures. Always hands-on, I was often involved in the selection and training of large teams of frontline personnel, including managing all the requisite regulatory requirements such as ACCC credit licences.From the launch of my consultancy firm X-Streem Promotions in 1998, I grew the business into a multinational practice employing hundreds of personnel and with offices across the globe. In 2013, I sold this business to a major competitor, retaining only the business name under which I ran my own solo consultancy business. In this practice, I was still pursued by leading multinationals to advise on mission-critical sales and marketing efforts. As a thought-leader in large-scale sales and marketing initiatives, I have been sought out as a keynote speaker for a number of conferences and am very comfortable addressing large audiences of upwards of 1000 people.Since relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2017, I now work full time at Sensis, as a Digital Marketing Manager. This frontline role, certainly a change of pace from strategic consultancy engagements, has nevertheless been instrumental in maintaining the currency of my technical digital marketing experience in a rapidly changing sector.In my spare time, I also retain business interests in my two personal projects being ‘3 Seeds Investments’; a property investment and development company and ‘Tribal Sups’; a small e-commerce business, both of which I own.
