Moving from Deployment Manager to Programme Director, I spearheaded the rollout and implementation of a $30m and subsequently a $35m Warehouse Management System (WMS). My role involved leading diverse teams, including technical engineers, testers, a change manager, business leads, contractors, and vendors. I managed substantial budgets, ensuring alignment with spending targets, and was responsible for developing detailed deployment plans with contingency strategies. My leadership extended to maintaining a clear programme vision, sharing successes with stakeholders, and ensuring effective collaboration across functions to support WMS requirements.
