Williams, I have provided leadership as the Victorian Operations Manager for the 5 years. This role provided a great opportunity to develop the R.M. Williams brand and take the business to new and unchartered territory. My leadership skills whilst in this brand saw me develop a reputation as a natural coach and mentor, taking a keen focus on the development of all personnel within the business.In 2018 an opportunity to utilise my coach/mentor skills that had been finely honed throughout my retail career, in the Disability Sector. Williams Pty Ltd Sep 2008 - Aug 2011Appointed to the business for capabilities in retail and hospitality management, core focus of this position was to provide retail leadership in the clearance outlet located at Melbourne's Spencer Street DFO. Key concepts and innovative ideas were required to meet the challenges of a new location in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Key contributions throughout this time included:• Managed all aspects of retail store management for the major clearance outlet in Melbourne’s Spencer Street DFO.
