This took functionality of the existing United Biscuits and Ulker (Turkey) systems and moved them to a new MS based platform… Show more As key member of core Global team my initial responsibilities were to design and project manage the development and implementation of a new Project management and PMO system for the recently integrated pladis business. The system covered all project types using modular approach from NPD, through Engineering capital, some IT and also confidential restructuring projects. This took functionality of the existing United Biscuits and Ulker (Turkey) systems and moved them to a new MS based platform. Responsible for preparation of training and implementation materials. Implementation was Global with users in US, UK / Europe, Turkey / Middle East, Asia / Australasia combination of new implementation and switch over to the new system, varying by country / module.Once implemented became the owner of project management / PMO practices through the system with implementation of governance and approvals, provision of standard project templates, best practice guides and routine review / audit of compliance.As "super user / system owner" developed a v2 upgrade package after 1 year based on business change driven requirements and review of user and helpdesk feedback, performance and efficiency.
