Commenced this role whilst still at university involving a time investment of three days per week whilst studying. Appointed as one of the first 12 Product Geniuses of the current 202 nationally following a 10 day training course at Saalfelden, Austria. The course involved training with other geniuses and trainers from the Netherlands, America and Iraq. I have since been involved in the training for approximately 90% of all other Product Geniuses for BMW in the Sytner group. Originally set up the first online genius community with 2 other geniuses on Facebook in 2012. Responsible for piloting Virtual Product Presenter (VPP) and other sales steering concepts such as Launch Pad and Genius Mode in the dealership.
