I held a National Inside Sales Exec role for four US regions and was local outside Business Development/Acct Exec for western region leads. Generated an average of 90-100 proposals each year to fill the sales pipeline and achieve the sales targets. Also rewarded for cross-selling Advisory work (~$500k/yr on average).2) Business Development Executive- Full sales cycle duties for leads generated by my inside sales calls for the the West region. 3) Inside Sales Director– Oversaw a small team for a specific national tax practice line of business that generated proposals that converted to $1-$2 mil per year in new business. 4) Training & Development – Led major sales training seminars for non-sales executives (i.e., Sr. technical and project delivery leaders) annually. Conducted monthly local office video or phone follow ups.
