For more than 30 years, I led the Investor Relations program at Tiffany & Co., which benefitted from my extensive experience in finance, strategic communications and building/cultivating relationships. I am globally-recognized, results-driven, socially-conscious, award-winning and passionate!My broad experience now also includes volunteer board service and civic engagement with a focus on musical education and aging, hunger and the environment. I have created effective communications that are relevant, impactful, ethical and credible, I've successfully dealt with crisis situations, and I have been influential in building relationships with the external financial community, the financial media, internal peers and Boards of Directors. I played a key collaborative role in the initial public offering of Tiffany & Co. in 1987; market capitalization increased from $200 million to $16 billion before Tiffany was acquired in 2021.I also led the National Investor Relations Institute as its Chairman of the Board, during which I dedicated my efforts to educating its members and the financial and broader communities about the importance of communicating effectively and ethically to the global capital markets.
