My experience is wide and varied over several decades of Insurance service to clients, advisors and building a regional team. It started as an advisor where I enjoyed success in helping my clients develop sound financial strategies based upon economic principles. That sales experience was critical in my success as an RVP in Utah with Ohio National. I found that my vast selling, existing relationships and training experience accelerated the growth of the region as I recruited, trained and developed new and existing advisors in growing the region by 270% in just a short 2yrs 8mo. before my promotion to Divisional VP. in 2015. In my role as DVP, I rebuilt my RVP team of 8, executed on company expectations, and achieved Divisional VP of the year in 2021 by leading my team of RVP’s to accomplish 119% of my divisions annual goal. My preceding reputation of honesty and integrity was essential in developing the kind of relationships that are meaningful and mutually beneficial in growing sales in a region and a division. Advisors want to do business with people that they trust, respect and receive the help and support they desire.... People do business with people! The Financial Services business is a part of my soul and the value it brings to the consumer is immeasurable and its impact affects generations of families and businesses. I love to compete and win. I am goal driven, disciplined, knowledgeable, and anxious to make an impact wherever I am and whatever I am involved in.
