For the last decade, I've been working in a variety of capacities within higher education to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts in student affairs, academic affairs, and offices of institutional equity & Title IX. In these roles, I've worked closely with many key constituents and stakeholders across college campuses: students, staff, faculty, alumni, department heads, vice provosts and provosts, deans, university administration, search committees, researchers, HR, and many others. My work centers critical theories and employs evidence-based inclusive pedagogical practices and learning modalities to cultivate knowledge and empathy, impart skills and strategies for change, and shift behaviors, practices, policies, norms, and systems within our institutions.
