• Partnered with VPs of Manufacturing, Procurement and Production departments to reduce lead times for finished goods and raw materials.
• Directed all international freight movements of raw materials and finished goods from foreign suppliers/vendors to factories and distributors in various countries worldwide.
• Directed completion of bar code scanning operations and procedures with all factories globally.
