Properly documents inspections and generate inspection record reports. Ensures that all site activities and testing is in accordance with the approved project procedures and that all non-conformances are documented and issued with Non Conformance Report (NCR). Reviewing project drawings, method statements, submittals and Inspection Test Plans for MV/LV/ELV. Review of existing and development of new Quality Procedures / Work Instructions to documents process and for continual environment. Responsible for submission for drawing approval, schedule and technical sample submission for approval. Work closely with respective Project Teams on quality issues and to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. Responsible for submittal of program to main contractor after contract award and maintaining throughout the project which providing information as necessary for project closing. Support projects in the development of Project Management Plan and Project Quality. Perform outside and site testing such as Compressive Testing for Concrete Casting, Leak Testing of PVC Joint, Scanning of Areas affected for possible underground structure and facilities.

Responsible for inspection and laid special emphasis on visual quality characteristics of products. Confirm and check abnormalities found on the final product based from the abnormality judgment criteria. Give immediate feedback to the responsible PE if an abnormality has been found. Conduct final product inspection based from the standard judgment criteria. Responsible for x ray, forming inspection and mold dimension inspection. Encode data, produce printouts and distribute reports to the persons concerned. Responsible for filing work records and other check sheets used in production. Responsible for maintaining the good quality of the product by performing the in process self-inspection.

Responsible in preparing map using AutoCAD. Source and obtain supplier’s and contractor’s quotes. Estimate labour, materials and other project costs. Coordinate with contractors and service personnel in projects preparation. Study drawings, manuals and specifications to instruct mechanics to carry out tasks. Supervise the servicemen in assembly, installation, testing and delivery of projects. Perform other duties as and when assigned by superiors.
