With nearly twenty years of experience as a Human Resources leader, I have developed a passion for providing practical and effective ER and HR solutions that align with the values and goals of the organisation. I have a qualifications in Labour Law and Relations, as well as a Masters degree in OH and S Management and Economics. This, along with my experience which enable me to advise on a wide range of employment related issues while considering the potential impacts on business operaitons.I also contribute to strategic and operational HR projects, such as the standardisation of enterprise agreements, the implementation of diversity initiatives, and the coordination of outsourcing and automation processes. I value the opportunities to mentor and empower my team members, as well as to learn from them and other colleagues.
