I was introduced to Veterans Affairs Law while doing legal analysis at USD Law School. Combining that with having a father who served in the Korean War and witnessing his needs after service, I found an area of law where everything I did felt right. I started The Veterans Law Group over 20 years ago to help Veterans who are severely physically and psychologically disabled as a result of military service obtain the benefits they deserve.I am a committed, detail oriented attorney. Veterans Law Group is selective in who we agree to take on as clients and I am committed to following the toughest cases through, to the Supreme Court, if necessary.I have represented thousands of disabled veterans and dependents before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Board of Veterans’ Appeals and nearly every regional office in the country. I frequently appeal cases to the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
