With more than 25 years of industrial experience, Dr. Mark O'Neill provides skills and experience in the discovery, development, and maximization of value for advanced materials technology. Mark was team lead that discovered and commercialized porous extreme low dielectric constant materials for interconnect manufacturing. As the Global Technology Director for Air Products’ Deposition Materials Division he led the new product development for the industry-first low temperature silicon oxide atomic layer deposition family of products. Dr. O’Neill then held the position of Technology Director for Versum Materials’ Planarization business developing high performance chemical mechanical planarization slurries. Prior to founding INNOVATION IMPACT PARTNERS, Dr. O’Neill was the Executive Director and Head of Global Research & Development for EMD Electronics’ Semiconductor Materials, the world’s largest and most diverse semiconductor materials business including specialty gases & advanced patterning technology.
