As Regional Sector Leader Responsibility:Strategic: Develop DB strategy in support of firm Vision, Identify opportunities to engage with clients, Lead teams and Heighten DesignFiscal Leadership: Oversee market sector business acumen, support firm growth and profitabilityCollaborate: Engage and collaborate with National Sector Leader, Regional Leader and Regional Sector Leaders. Focused on consistent communication, strategy, implementation, design quality, and leadership guidance Expertise: Share your expertise with others, look for opportunities to share knowledge, promote expertise and thought leadershipTeam Builder:Lead your sector team, collaborate with other regions, Identify, interview and select potential candidates to join the team to support the business plan and firm vision.Business Development: Identify targeted opportunities, collaborate on strategy to seek work in support of regional sector and firm vision, develop trust with clients and win work to support firms future.
