I find my coaching sessions with Mark to be inspiring and motivating. He asks pointed questions which challenge my thinking and push my boundaries. Whilst in theory the concepts we have discussed are really simple, putting them into practice is where the greatest challenge lies. Mark has encouraged me to focus on one or two specific objectives, chunking them down into simple, measurable steps, which has enabled me to make significant progress in areas that had previously been onerous and challenging to me.
