Step Denver is a men’s residential recovery community helping low-income men overcome the consequences of addiction and rebuild their lives through sobriety, work, and accountability. I work closely with Step Denver Recovery Support Managers as well as employers to achieve a full-time placement rate of more than 85%. I develop and implement curriculum on job search, career identification as well as managing transitions. I organize guest speakers and outings to employers and career fairs.
