Responsible for overall oversight and coordination of the Step Denver Men’s Residential Recovery Program including the Addiction Recovery Program, Operational, Financial, Fund Development and Driven to Donate Social Enterprise Departments. Create and implement effective organizational policies and procedures that will provide its clients with the resources necessary to obtain successful outcomes. Lead efforts in community relations to maintain Step Denver’s position as a thought leader and positive role model for addiction recovery, workforce development and personal responsibility.

Responsible for overseeing all facets of a men's residential recovery program utilizing the Recovery Oriented Systems of Care model in a peer based living environment. The Step Denver program focuses on addiction recovery, self sufficiency, accountability and community involvement. Additional responsibilities include supervision of the Peer Coaching and milieu management staff, community outreach, database management and reporting for outcomes.

Collaborate with addiction rehabilitation patients to create realistic and sustainable individualized Recovery Plans; Engage in regular follow up calls with patient Alumni to asses recovery status and assist with recovery coaching if necessary; Coordinate and oversee the CeDAR Volunteer Department; Outreach to and network with Recovery Community organizations and individuals; Planning and execution of recreational and educational events for Alumni.
