A part time position whilst studying, this role involved handling telephone calls from customers who had problems or questions relating to their energy supply. I was responsible for deciphering why the problem had occurred and what action was required to rectify it.

I led a short term project to write a report relating to recycling on the Isle of Man. This involved creating a project plan and undertaking primary and secondary research. From the information gained, I produced a report with cost projections and recommendations. My report was presented to local Government officials and has subsequently been used to guide the Council's recycling strategy.
