I am the Principle customer interface for assigned accounts / stations for all spares related services and deliveries, developing and maintaining excellent working relationships, for assigned accounts, through regular customer contact. The efficient and timely handling, co-ordination, tracking, compilation, pricing, review and supply of tenders in response to customer enquiries, ensuring that the commitments made on behalf of the business are understood, have been suitably challenged, are achievable, are of the required standard and quality, support the spares business in meeting its goals and objectives, and have been appropriately vetted and approved prior to submittal. I am responsible for administering the receipt and acceptance of Customer orders, including conducting enquiry and contract reviews and providing timely order acknowledgement and acceptance. Report enquiry and order status to customer and internal stakeholders. Acting as the internal voice of the customer; liaising and co-ordinating internal activities with relevant parties (e.g. materials & logistics support, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, expediting, quality, etc.) to ensure customer commitments and service levels are achieved. My role also involves daily coordinating with Engineering to ensure appropriate identification, management and response to Obsolescence issues. The co-ordination, tracking & status reporting of customer clarifications. Technical change requests, concession and concession requests and non conformance and corrective action reports. Customer reporting of status and close out of Condition Reports. Contributing to, taking ownership for and driving continuous improvements in support of department goals and objectives to improve customer service, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness

My current temporary role involves data analysis of in-house systems to determine the despatch of stock to market in order to conform to forecasted sales and depletions.This involves arranging and monitoring shipments for customers, all relevant paperwork, and communications to freight/shipping companies. The position also involves general problem solving, and good housekeeping of the internal systems.

I was responsible for the movement of goods from the customer's location to its end destination. This involves communicating with customers to arrange collection of goods, negotiation with regard to the delivery schedules and pricing. Having an understanding of all relevant documentation and computer based systems to collate the information.

I was the supervisor within the export administration department where I was responsible for processing documentation to enable the many shipments to various export destinations. I liaised with other departments to ensure that problems where identified and solved.

I started with Chivas Brothers as a temporary employee within their warehouse department, processing documents and allocating daily production output to a computerised system. I was promoted to a supervisory position where I was responsible for daily warehouse stock from production lines to the warehouse and the dispatch of stock to customers. I was also responsible for warehouse auditing, good practices and man managing the department.After several years within the warehousing side of the business, I then worked within the Blending department for a year, here I was responsible for all of Chivas Brothers incoming samples from there warehousing and cask storage sites. It was my job to ensure that all these samples were recorded in accordance with customs and excise requirements.After my year with the Blending department I finally was made a permanent member of staff and took up my new position, as an export administrator. I worked in this department for over seven years processing shipments for our stock to destinations all over the world.During my time in this position I was responsible for entering data from orders placed with Chivas for its products. I processed this information on the computer, arranged for the production in accordance with lead times, calculated and booked transport and vessels for the movement of stock and invoiced the customer ensuring that all relevant paperwork was complete.I was involved in many changes with computer systems and warehouse stock systems. I was involved in various continuous improvement projects and was part of the internal auditing team, and the Chivas Brothers Nosing panel.
