• Built, improved and maintained new Project Controls budgeting, change management, forecasting and reporting system from the ground up. EcoSys EPC requires extensive customization to match a business group's processes to the application's functionality. All configuration, views, reports, calculations and functions are completed during the implementation process.• Implemented automated forecasting, reporting and optimization tools to interface business process flow with the new Project Controls system.
