I was responsible for all internal and external communications for Nashville's leading business organization, including media relations, publications and strategic counsel to the Chamber's senior leadership.

I led and contributed to client service teams in the technology, banking, health care, engineering, real estate and transportation sectors. Services included the creation of public affairs strategies and messaging, as well as crisis communications and media relations. I developed and managed public events and press conferences. I also scripted and produced web-based and video content in addition to providing executives with media training and interview preparation.

Responsible for internal and external communications and marketing for the State of Tennessee's primary agency responsible for business and industrial recruitment.

I handled internal and external communications for more than 3,000 Tennessee-based employees of Dell, including manufacturing, distribution, technical support and sales call centers for consumer and business customers. I was responsible for executive presentations and organized quarterly employee meetings and roundtables for multiple business lines across multiple shifts. I was also a liaison to the Dell Foundation and and spearheaded the distribution of more than $3 million dollars in contributions to local schools and non profit organizations.
