Patrick has more than twenty years of experience in issue advocacy and strategic communications at the local, state and federal level. He is a former policy and legislative advisor to three Missouri governors. With Calvert Street, he focuses on business development, provides strategic counsel to clients, and oversees the management of teams in the field to ensure tangible results for clients. Born in Texas, Patrick grew up in Harry Truman’s hometown of Independence, and studied history and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
