Responsible for innovative technology solutions within the TVS supply chain. Work closely with TVS leadership teams globally to roadmap new, innovative solutions. Once the roadmap has been roughed in, design, develop, deploy and support these new, automated solutions. Technologies implemented, include:- Designed, developed, and deployed a bi-directional WMS interface between 3PL and General Motors MRP systems. This became the GM standard with other suppliers. - Developed IoT smart trailer tracking of inventory in real-time. Seamlessly interfaced with WMS extending the visibility of inventory all the way to the customer. - Developed a real-time Supplier Portal that is seamlessly interfaced with the WMS. This allows suppliers to see open PO’s, create compliant bar-coded or RFID labels, provide ATP dates, track shipments in transit, etc. - Designed, developed, and deployed a Dock Management System that interfaced with the WMS. Utilized AI to determine if a trailer were going to depart late and would automatically notify management so they could take corrective action and get the departure out on ti8me – preventing late shipments. - Manage offshore development teams.

Responsible for the Supply Chain Business Unit at AFS Technologies. The Supply Chain BU includes OMS, ERP, WMS, Business Intelligence (BI), and DSD software solution products. I manage Sales, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Product Development Teams for the Supply Chain BU.
