AMN Healthcare recruits healthcare professionals and places them in variable lengths of assignments and locates permanent positions at acute-care hospitals, physician practice groups, and other healthcare settings throughout the United States.• I translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.• I am responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents. • I manage medical records, applications, drug screens, and criminal background checks for clients.• I coordinate compliance documents to review utilizing unique vendor management systems.• I verify state and national licensure.• I ensure accurate data indexing of Healthcare Professional requirements and application information in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining superior Healthcare Professional file presentation.• I perform online verification of potential Healthcare Professionals using a database application. • I index, review and enter required metadata using a software application within the standard time-frame.• I inspect documents for legitimacy, ensuring any and all questionable documents are reviewed by department management.• I perform a thorough review of submitted application, ensuring complete and accurate data entry of required/appropriate information into the company’s proprietary software program.• I complete appropriate documentation and notification of any disciplinary action.
