Key responsibilities:• Lead and develop a team of Process Improvement Specialists• Direct productivity improvement studies across the site• Carry out improvement studies for factory wide processes and larger scale events• Set performance benchmarks and coach individuals to this level• Provide methodological support to operational teams so that progress plans can be achieved• Carry out aptitude testing in recruitment process• Effectively facilitate workshops to gather information for strategic planning of Factory (1-3 Year horizon)• Presentation of results and proposals to local senior management and Central HQ correspondents• Develop a culture of Performance Management and implement Lean manufacturing principles to control the efficiency of operators and equipment• Continually challenging key productivity influencers such as capacities, manpower and remuneration system performance• Analysis on Factory financial performance vs target
