• Toshiba America Business Solutions is a leader in digital technology on a global scale. I am responsible for providing pre-sales, sales, implementation and day one operational support to the Kentucky sales team.
• Provide consultative support, analysis, and expertise with regards to Professional Services Solutions including; customer engagement, software demonstrations, and needs discovery and analysis.
• Identify and recommend value added solutions where appropriate and facilitate implement plans as required.
• Develop deliverables to include but not limited to: Software & Services Configurations, Scope of Work's, Business and Technical requirements, and assist in RFP responses.

• My primary responsibilities were increasing technology sales and market penetration within the Enterprise, K-12/Higher-Ed, Healthcare, and State/Local Government verticals across four states. Kentucky, Tennessee.
• Work with key decision makers of all departments, as well as, with key strategic partners involved to align the right technology solution and services.
• Determine project needs, time-lines and resources needed to successfully address the critical business issues within their organization.
• Reactivate dormant/problem accounts with previous clients by providing consultative services, follow-through, and exceptional customer service.

• I was responsible for generating new business and developing new partner accounts in an undeveloped territory. Through a systematic consultative approach I was able to achieve the customers goal for Enterprise.
• Beginning with the prospecting, solicitation, analysis, solution development, sale and support of numerous IT solutions for Enterprise, K-12 and Healthcare customers throughout the region.
• I was responsible for working with all stakeholders for the development, implementation, installation, and operation of technology systems for the client.
• Conducted client meetings to maintain the project plan, assess the deliverable and to maintain cost control.

• Responsible for consultative selling of solution-based products. VoIP, MPLS, Network Security, Web Solutions and other integrated communication services.
• Identify, propose, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in the Enterprise and Healthcare markets.
• Created opportunities through a balanced aggressive marketing plan of networking, cold calling and telemarketing.
• Coordinated projects from conception to completion and ensuring that projects were completed within time and budgetary constraints.

• lead a team to open a new undeveloped territory for the company. I developed and grew market share through the solicitation of new accounts and reactivation of dormant accounts for my territory.
• Growth and profitability of this territory was achieved through conducting marketing campaigns, on-site meeting campaigns and numerous sales presentations and developing strategic partnerships.
• Development of all the marketing and sales campaigns for the territory, as well as, all account and project management duties.
• Oversaw the growth of the territory from a zero dollar start-up to over $24 million in annual sales.
