I am currently working as an independent consultant with a range of organisations helping them with Innovation strategy and approach. I specifically focus on creating a culture within an organisation that will support innovation and also on helping organisations to develop programmes of improvement that involve staff, patients and carers working together to make improvements (i.e. through Experience Based Design). I coach a number of both healthcare and non-healthcare executives.
