Learning Management Coordinator
Current- Provides administrative assistance to support all training related activities to over 3000 employees in a crop nutrient producing company.
- Maintain learning management system records and validate training related data.
- Organize and coordinate activities to support training events and programs to include creation of course events, registration, development/distribution of communications and materials, event setup, and interfacing with.
- Serve as liaison between the training department and over 10 geographically separated site to address training needs, course inquiries, LMS issues, etc.
- Create and maintain effective electronic and manual filing systems to store training related documents. Maintain and distribute training related materials.
- Develop and document processes to support related to training events, data entry, and data filing.
