I have the privilege of serving with WorldServe Ministries, a Christian organization committed to working through local leaders in difficult areas around the world. As the VP, I provide effective oversight to advance the mission of our organization through international projects, our micro-finance program, Canadian WorldServe Thrift Stores, financial management, human resources, risk management, media and communications and strategic planning. WorldServe is proud to participate in transforming communities through church planting, Christian leadership training, Bible distribution, compassionate aid, micro business projects, caring for needy children, and community health initiatives.

Past Executive Director for the Westman Region, National Board Member, and Area Supervisor in the greater Vancouver area.

Was appointed to lead a community wide process to research, design and implement a homelessness intervention strategy to support the journey to end homelessness in Brandon. Based on Housing First principles, established consultative processes with existing service delivery organizations that included multiple departments from the Regional Health Authority, Provincial and Federal partners, addictions, shelters, food support and counseling provisions. Established key leadership team, designed program parameters, created high level systems to support multi-agency collaborations, established strategic partnerships, wrote policies and protocols to support, and successfully implemented researched program by embedding into a local agency to operate.Additionally, researched and coordinated documentation to support information sharing between legislated agencies and non-legislated groups to propose a model of best practices for information sharing that satisfies privacy act requirements (FIPPA, PHIA, PIPEDA). Also consulted and coordinated initial implementation of HIFIS (Homeless Individuals and Families Information System) on a city level to support organizational information management and Federal Government reporting requirements.
